TBC is a strictly vegan bake shop/grocery. 100% vegan, 100% of the time. Everything is made in house.
We have a large variety of grocery items including take home frozen meals like cabbage rolls, pot pies, breakfast burritos and enchiladas. Also, take a look in our fridge for favourites like mac and cheeze, eggy tofu salad, pizza dough, marinated seitan, soyrizo and a selection of mayos and sauces.
We also carry a variety of condiments, preserves and pickles that we can ourselves.
Sandwiches are available everyday after 11 with a listed menu as well as rotating specials! Our sandwiches are 100% made by us-from the bread to every topping.
We use organic and local ingredients whenever possible.
TBC proudly serves Anchored Coffee both in espresso and cold brewed form, and also make our own syrups for specialty lattes and sodas. We carry a selection of Herbal Infusions Teas that can be hot or iced.
