Butter Chicken Roti - Bloor W

Seriously what happened to this place ?! I brought 2 Rotis home and was in shock how flat they are. Rotis are Half the size they used to be....a thin folded rectangle with a smear of sauce and a couple lumps of what I hope is chicken in this overpriced deflated pancake. If you are going to cut back on volume then give customers the choice of size and price accordingly. The flavour took a nose dive too but the price sure didnt ...:SOOOOO much sugar in the butter chicken sauce why ? And Medium spice is almost no spice. So dissappointed. Wont be coming back to this location. The staff were nice, i'm sorry they have to serve such sub par food.

This restaurant has gone down in quality, portions and customer service. I used to order regularly during COVID but my most recent experience was disappointing. The food was cold, the portions were much smaller, and the roti wasn't the same texture as before. I also got food poisoning the same day from the order, and because it was my only meal from the day I'm sure that it's from the low-quality food from this restaurant. Would never recommend.

I have visited this place quite frequently and what I love most about this place is it’s distinctive menu and how delicious the food tastes. The staff is welcoming and polite. The ambiance of the restaurant is also really good. Overall I would recommend everyone to go and try out their delectable menu.

This place has changed a lot. One roti used to be enough for two meals a couple years ago. There is a 1 for 1 free butter chicken roti that is going on in Uber Eats which sets you back by $40+ after delivery, tips and what not. The size of the roti has been reduced considerably and the amount of chicken pieces meant for 1 is distributed between 2 of the rotis. There are three tiny pieces of chicken in each roti and after I feed my cat one of them, I am left with only two. The rest of it is just the butter sauce and the overly sweet roti. The chicken to roti + sauce ratio is terrible. Taste wise, it's okay but it's very deceiving. Hence the one star. This is barely enough for one meal. This isn't a one time occurrence either. I have done the same 1 for 1 for 3 or 4 times. Not worth the price. Never ordering from here again.

I get it, inflation and recession, but their portion sizes have decreased by about 40%. The lone employee 7pm on a Saturday night did his best to accommodate customers, and as I waited, I noticed the Bloor st. location was falling into disrepair. Sad, this used to be a solid place that has now fallen into shambles.

Absolutely delicious and a very good surprise for us. Butter chicken is very very good plate. Recommends. Friendly prices. 2 adults cad $36.00 plus tips. Staff so friendly and kind. We will back

Used to love this restaurant, but I went earlier this week and received terrible service and disgusting food. Very rude staff. Food was cold and didn’t contain the paneer I paid extra food. Do not go here!

Came here with a friend for the Ritual deal and was not disappointed. Restaurant is clean and well kept and staff were friendly. The butter chicken roti was also delicious. Flavourful and the sauces soaked right into the chicken and potatoes. Will definitely be back.

Half the chicken in their butter chicken roti is now dark meat and its actually kind of gross. This was not always the case here. They cheaped out while managing to increase their prices. Awful.
