Absolutely Awesome. Great Customer Service and even better flowers. The staff is great making sure you get the best value for your dollar. Several deliveries all on time without a hitch!!

I was out of town when Thrifty made the first attempt to deliver. They called, and when they learned I was away offered to re deliver fresh flowers when I returned. By some accident online I also received the same order from another "name brand" florist. Both arrangements were exactly the same design but with one huge difference. The Thrifty arrangement had 12 red roses, the other florist used 4. The containers were the exact same size. Thrifty had a far better variety of flowers surrounding the roses. Thrifty won this one hands down!! Great job!

I absolutely love this flower shop. I've grown up in this area and have always done business with this location. They are always willing to help with an arrangement and their flowers are beautiful. Compared to the area they are responsibly priced and usually run specials during holidays or special occasions. I have ordered flowers from here more than 2 dozen times and have never had any issues with delivery.

I recommended this place to my brother and his boys for flowers for his Wife/their Mother's funeral this week. They ordered a casket spray and a wreath to be delivered the morning of the service which was 10:00am Family 11:00 Friends with the service to follow: imagine their horror when they arrived shortly before 10 and there were no flower spray on her casket and no wreath; I also ordered from this place a Sister-in-law wreath and was not there when we arrived either. When I called the shop that morning the person I spoke with was so unfeeling and noncholant about it all she said "Oh yeah they are ready we are just waiting for the delivery guy to come in to deliver them", they did not get to the funeral home until 10:15 which all the family had already arrived and had to view her without the flowers being placed on her casket! Unreal!!! What flower shop has a flower order for funeral flowers and not deliver them? They don't even deserve the one star but that was my only option! Needless to say I will NOT be recommending Thrifty Florist of Ann Arbor in the future!!

They did the flowers for my wedding a few years back and I had absolutely no issue with them. They worked with me to figure out what I wanted (I had no clue what I wanted), and I ended up with really lovely, affordable flowers for my entire wedding party.
