Marilyn at Norton's has helped me pick out flowers for my father's funeral, my stepmother, my two cousins & my Aunt . She's also helped me choose flowers for my 30th Anniversary! Great lady ! Beautiful arrangements!

Was told the flowers would be "beautiful for 2-3 weeks" because they were "premium" they crumbled in 4 days. They looked like crap when delivered and $117.00 for a dozen roses? Are you kidding me? The whole experience was pathetic to say the least. Never again... The issue I had has since been rectified. They went above and beyond to fix everything. Norton's strives to ensure the satisfaction of every customer. They took the time to call me 2 months after my review to correct the problem. Great service! And great business!

It was a joy to work with Tim Galea. He made my daughter's vision for her wedding flowers a reality. His suggestions were excellent and the flowers were even lovelier than we expected (and we had high expectations!) They provided fabulous customer service throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding.

I tried to send flowers to my girlfriend who was in town for business and got very sick. I was not aware that her room was under the name of a colleague, and in the confusion, the delivery man called her, and even though she verified her room number, he told her it didn't exist, and that she would have to come down to the front desk. When she said that she couldn't because she was sick, he sarcastically asked if she needed an ambulance and then hung up. When I called the store to find out what happened, they claimed that he had actually been asking if she needed medical attention. The fact that he hung up immediately after asking or that he did not, in fact, call an ambulance, didn't seem to register. While they did apologize about the mix up with the room, they refused to consider the possibility that the drivers comments were anything but well-intentioned. They were very polite, but I felt like they basically just dismissed my side of the story.

Norton's has the most beautiful flowers. Every time I call on them to make a delivery for me to my family or friends it's absolutely perfect. The flowers are always fresh and I really like their designs. Thanks Norton's Flowers, I highly recommend you and thank you for your wonderful service.
