Wanted flowers delivered by 10AM. Delivered way after that. Didn't leave my Grandmothers number on delivery, so it would be a surprise; they called for delivery questions, wanted her number. No, I can answer them, became very rude. I'm going to South Lyon florist by Powerhouses.

We have used Bakman for many, many years and they never let us down. We needed an arrangement made, only provided the hammer (a symbol of what our loved one, loved to do) and they did a phenomenal job creating something memorable. We appreciate the level of care and attention to detail for each arrangement over the years. Thank you again.

Still waiting on a refund from two months ago...unbelievable...Disappointed that a "pre" bouquet wasn't ready for me to see prior to our wedding so I could get a feel for what they were going to look like. The wedding flowers were absolutely everything I wanted. Extremely, extremely disappointed in the structure of the bouquets. We requested cascade bouquets, and to my surprise the flowers were instantly falling out of the bouquets, before we even started the ceremony. My junior bridesmaid had no flowers left in her bouquet when we were ready for pictures after the ceremony. Bakman florist has assured me that I will be getting some type of refund for this mishap that I wish would've never happened. After all a lot of money was spent on our flowers. Our unity floral arrangement had to be revamped by my cousin who was doing the church decorating, as it looked like flowers were missing out of it when she went to pick up the arrangement. Still waiting on my refund..a month later...

Ordered an expensive arrangement for a funeral home (with only one night of visitation) and when I arrived my flowers were not display. Found out they had been delivered late and were in the flower room where they would have stayed if I hadn’t inquired where the heck they were. I’ll never go back.

My family just moved to South Lyon. My wife was sick with the flu. Bakman Florist created and delivered a STUNNING arrangement, bringing cheer into our home. Moreover, the driver made a second trip to deliver the flowers. Professional, High-quality, and Well-priced! Definitely recommend.
