GO ANY WHERE BUT HERE !The doctor here , Mrs Suresh was completely rude and showed lack of concern. My wife came in with a terrible headache several times. She prescribed t3's for headache. When we came back...the Doctorr aka Mrs Suresh accused my wife of being a pill popper!!! My wife has since died of a brain tumor. The Mrs suresh, Never sent her for MRI or for further tests. My wifes surgeon nd other doctor said the this doctor failed us in a big way. Receptionist is great. I blame the Doctor or " The Mrs" for my wifes death and suffering. We will not forget nor will our chilldren!! Not everyone who has pain is an addict.

Dr. Love is incredible and the staff are all awesome. I've been going here for over 5 years now and Dr. Love has saved my butt more than a few times. One of the most thorough dr's I've ever had. She truly is an advocate for your health along with you. The staff are great and know you by name. Clean and friendly but agree...this isn't really a great walk in clinic. It's better to make an appointment. Dr love takes the time needed with each patient which is awesome. I would say hands down the best Dr. In the city. Up to date with new research and information and doesn't just push pills. Really can't say enough about how awesome this clinic, it's staff and Dr. Love are.

I've had to visit this clinic a few times over the last 2 months. I just wanted to take a second to say that the manager Agata has always done a great job at making sure that I walk into a warm welcoming environment. She really is a pleasure to be around, and I would recommend this clinic based on her customer service alone!

I have been a patient of this clinic for over 5 years now. I am amazed at how much they care about their patients. Including calling me outside of office hours during COVID to check in and see how my family and I were doing and ensure we were managing the stress and were healthy. I have found the front staff to be friendly and caring. They promptly relayed messages or concerns to the doctors while the office was on limited hours and also showed their concern for the health and well being of my family. I am referring all of my friends and extended to this clinic!!

Thorncliffe is my neighbourhood walk in clinic. I like it there as the doctor takes time to make sure all your questions are answered. My daughter was real sick and front staff made sure she was looked after quick. I will recommend this place any time.The front staff are the best I have seen at any clinic. They greet you with a smile and treat you like a person and not a number. I like the fact that you can sign in and return and don't loose your place in line like some other places. Every doctor that I've seen there are top notch. I was referred to a specialist and the staff called me to make sure I was aware of the appointment. Best follow up from other places I have been. If you want good medical help that's the place to go.

Dr. Gillies is the best of the best. After several significant health issues including an adrenal gland removal, ovary removal and hypothyroid due to auto-immune all my hormones were out of whack and I was feeling terrible. Dr. Gillies used her expertise to quickly get me back on track and continues to follow up with friendly care and ensures I stay happy and healthy! I wouldn’t trust my health to anyone but her right now!

Sadly one of the most unprofessional and rude clinics I've been to. The girls at the front are extremely rude and don't care for their clients what so ever. I've never had a good experience with talking with the girls, they always give attitude . when I ask for my personal medical records they said they'd have to call me later and I might get them in a week. So unprofessional, thankful I switched Dr's when I Did because even my Dr. took a medical leave & had me jumping through hoops trying to get answers on my health issues & still 5 years later nothing has come out of it. I've always had to push so hard to get tests done, never felt she cared about my health.

I have been going to this clinic for a few years and have always found the Doctors and staff to be very friendly professional and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure to walk in and have Agata and Annete greet you with a smile. Everyone tries to have you seen by the Doc. as soon as possible. Sue the office manager is very friendly and can be a great source of information. As a walk in I have found the wait to be reasonable and the staff to be understanding. Having my family Doc there I have been able to get an appointment in a few days and have been able to adjust the times to suite my time. I have only had to wait 10 or so mins and have at times gotten in earlier. It is always nice to able to see someone and know you are being cared for.

Very impressed with my experience here !! This is mostly a 'family doctor's office', so appointments are recommended rather than a walk in. After waiting 3 hours, Dr Grant was very understanding and apologetic, even though she was the only one working that night! The front desk attendant, was very friendly as well. This is the best service i have had from a clinic in a long time, i would recommend this place to anyone looking for a family doctor or a walk in clinic.

The Asian doctor I saw was arrogant, and not someone I would see again. He slouched in his chair and asked me "what else" I was feeling during my panic attack over and over. Not impressed. And yes, I get it that doctor's seem to think that anxiety is something "we" should be able to sort out. The rest of the staff was great. I have anxiety issues and he sent me home with a comment, "that I should see my family doctor in 3 weeks. Not impressed. And not sure of his name. Will never go again. Truly awful.
