Made me go wait outside for my appointment because I was unable to wear a mask in the waiting area. And no one was willing to pay for the cream that I will need when my face will break out from wearing a mask. I am not sick, not coughing sneezing or vomiting. I recommend asking your family doctor to send you to a different clinic where they understand people rights, masks mandates were dropped months ago, and my face has been clear sense. One nurse told me I wouldn’t be getting my full exam because I wasn’t wearing a mask, but the doctor did the full exam with no issues and didn’t even mention a mask once to me. The doctor was great, I would give this review a five stars for the doctor but if it wasn’t for the reception and nurses ways of handling masks and how they make the people feel who choose not to wear one for personal reasons. I would go back and see the same doctor, but I hope reception and nurses can respect my choice to not wear a mask. Thanks

My physio referred me to Dr Chiu at Kinesis and in less than an hour he was able to shed so much light on something that's been plaguing me for years. He is personable, made me feel comfortable throughout, and I highly recommend him. The office staff were also excellent, taking the time to patiently answer my questions on the phone, and at check-in were also very kind.
I've never had a bad experience here. My doctor, Dr. Litzenberger is awesome and listens to you. She not only helped with my arthritis in my hands she took the time to help with my back and hip pain as well after seeing me in pain at one of my appointments for injections in my hands.
I was a patient of this clinic. Unfortunately, the "healthcare" if you could call it that I received was so terrible that I have now became permanently disabled. I had a work injury for which I was quickly diagnosed with a cervical herniated disc by a physical therapist one week after my injury. I ended up seeing another physical therapist the first one did not work out, I didn't like her and he diagnosed me - about 3 weeks after injury - with a cervical herniated disc C5/C6. In addition, my sister is a physiotherapist in the United States, she attended the #2 school in the United States for physical therapy, and she also diagnosed me with cervical herniated disc, about one week after injury. 10 weeks after my injury, I had an MRI of my c-spine showing a "moderate disc protrusion" at C5/C6 - imagine that! Well, imagine my severe disdain when I see Vishal Tulsi "M.D." or so they told me...not sure how that happened four months after my injury for an analysis and he tells me he "doesn't have time to do a patient history" in the appointment. You don't have time to do a patient history in a 1-hour appointment that you are getting paid for to do the analysis? Is that even medicine? How are you supposed to diagnosis the person without a patient history? Needless to say, in his complete incompetence, he misdiagnosed me with "muscle pain." Could there be a worse physician on the planet? I think a homeless person could have diagnosed me correctly with a herniated disc. There's literally no other explanation when one looks at the mechanism of my injury having an extremely heavy object twisted away from me unexpectedly - of course I'm going to have a herniated disc. That's how it happens, and then looks at my systems, which is: neck pain and numbness down my arm in a dermatonal pattern. THERE IS LITERALLY NO OTHER EXPLANATION!! Sure, I understand numbness can happen b/c of other injuries, when you look at my situation, there's no other logical explanation. Key word: logical. Missing from Vishal Tulsi's mind: also logic. morals as well. Basically, I wouldn't recommend coming here unless one wants their entire life taken away from them, and he/she wants to live the rest of their life in pain and poverty, which is my destiny now that I have not received treatment. So, great job putting a tremendous tax burden on the Canadian people!!! My "healthcare" will now be a million dollars, when before shortly after my injury happened I most likely could've been rehabilitated through physical therapy, and time off of doing strenuous tasks - that's the first line of defense again C-spine disc herniation, which is extremely serious and can cause lifelong disability if that patient not healed yet is forced to do strenuous tasks, and put more torque on the already damaged disc. In addition, one needs to be careful about these 5-star reviews. Any place can purchase 5-star reviews online if you want to google it. I acknowledge a few may be real, but many of these are fake.
I had a really great experience there, the doctors and the staff were very friendly and patiently listened to my problem. Doctor really worked to understand and solve my issue. Not much waiting time as well. Really professional.
