Jessica was excellent and made sure I had accurate information to move forward with my vaccinations. Michelle was also amazing, I am very nervous around needles but she was very clear and thorough when she gave me the information for the vaccine and super fast and accurate with the shot itself. The receptionists were also very polite and kind!

We have always been treated well both by the nurses and the ladies in front. Had a pleasant experience with Nurse Susan today and she made the experience an enjoyable one for our toddlers as they won’t be going back soon since their next routine immunizations would be years from now.

We’ve had good experiences with both the front desk staff and the nurses here for all vaccinations our child has required. I was somewhat skeptical after reading the reviews, but our experience overall had been positive.

I went here to get my baby's 2 months vaccines, staff and nurses were really friendly and took time to explain everything. Everything was great.

I take my kids here for their immunizations. The nurses are friendly and knowledgeable. Could be busy in the mornings but wait time isn't too long. Due to COVID they no longer measure baby weight and height. They have a semi- private nursing area. The place is always neat and tidy.

Front end staff are rude and unaccomadating. It felt hostile from the moment we spoke with the staff. We were late 15 mins due to unexpected traffic and was asked to rebook. They said the next appointment was 3 weeks out and didn't offer to check other locations. The family in front of us were also turned away and they were on time, they mentioned that even though they had an appointment it didn't mean that they had availability. We alternatively called the east Calgary health center and they were willing to check other clinics and found us a spot the next day. It's unfortunate because the nurses inside are really nice. Management needs to address the front staff and their attitudes.

If you want to get your little ones vaccination done in a good and soft manner, Please don't go here and hurt your little ones, I had been here three times and they are no good at all. I am writing here to share my unpleasant experience we had this morning with my 4 months old son vaccination appointment. We had an 8:20 am appointment We were running behind for our appointment so I called the center to inform about we will be late about 10 minutes, our first impression with the phone was very bad, the admin support clerk received our call was so adamant that she answered us very rudely and told us in a very unpleasant tone that our appointment will be canceled if we were 15 minutes late, luckily in the morning hectic traffic we made it a go and reached there before 15 minutes, later a nurse approached us and was very rude and said she can't measure our baby weight and height check as we were late and she rushed us into the room and in the same rush without taking time she poked my son very badly and all the 3 spots she poked started to bleed and the nurse was not so calm and patient to address what she was doing and we were out by the room in 15 minutes, she poked 3 shots and 1 drop to my baby within 15 minutes of time. and was not addressing any of our questions professionally. They should not treat anyone in rush or unpleasantly especially when poking small babies because babies are too small and they need one's complete attention to be treated very friendly and softly. Called them to schedule a vaccination appointment. The lady who picked up the call absolutely didn’t receive proper training or know how to communicate with people. I had to repeat everything I say, and she doesn’t listen to you at all, I want my appointment as soon as possible, I don’t care if me and my wife has to go there separately, but the lady is speaking without any patient and strongly suggest me to pick up a later date which is too late for us. I would avoid this place as I can, ended up with calling another location and get a much better service.

It was an awesome experience for my wife and my daughter. They were given vaccine, 1st vaccine for my daughter who is 2 months old. Everyone is friendly and informative especially the nurse who assisted us name Michelle.
