This place exceeded our expectations, as we booked the cheapest place we could find in the area. 

Room was clean and decent sized. We were in an end room so we got enough light, but I could see other rooms being too dim as the only electric light was a bed side lamp.

Good shower pressure. Enough hot water for two showers. Bathroom wasn't huge, neither was the toilet. 

They offer a laundry service  which was very convenient as we did not have to look for a laundromat, we were willing to pay the premium rate. 

I definitely feel like we got our money's worth

EDIT: Discovered last night the walls are paper-thin and you may hear neighbors until very late into the night. Be aware if you are a light sleeper (or be considerate if you intend to party late)

Very nice and clean. Owners are friendly and hospitable. An excellent place to stay,close to everything.

Internet was not so good but beds were comfy and its a nice quiet spot
