I have only been here once and for the most part I really liked my experience. The staff was very friendly and greeted me before I even came in. I got the spicy Thai roast beef panini and it was excellent. 0 complaints about the sandwich and service. I also got the lobster bisque and maybe I'm being picky about this but there was NO lobster in it. I'm no chef but I do know that I've ordered this soup other places and there's usually plenty of lobster in it. It tasted great, but for a cup full of cream it wasn't really worth the upgrade cost.

Let me first say that this is the cutest place in the Capital Region, and by far a must stop for lunch when in downtown Troy! The menu is amazing and filled with great ingredient dishes. I had a blueberry and goji berry iced tea with the build your own meal. I had a nice sized ham and cheese quiche, a white bean and chicken soup and a chocolate tea loaf. Delicious! My date had an Asian salad, the same soup and a cranberry scone with a cream and cranberry sauce. Our waitress was very nice and the actual design of the place screamed for you to take pictures and stay awhile! I am obviously coming back with every single person I know!!! Very pleased :)

Went in for the first time yesterday and was bowled over by the selection of teas. The man at the front was sweet and helpful without hovering and let be browse without interruption. There is a free catalog near the selection that offers tons of fascinating information about their teas and products. They have samples of all their teas, with brewing temp and steeping suggestions on the back of each for $3-$4 and my husband and I are easily able to get 4-5 individual cups from each sample. So far we've tried the Scottish Breakfast and the Apple Cinnamon Matcha and both are fantastic. Made base on their suggested instructions and they're perfect. That catalog I mention had a How-To guide to making a Matcha Latte and it's WONDERFUL. I have a new tea shop for all my needs and anyone in Troy should give it a shot. Any Tea fans not in Troy should check out their website. I'm in love.

The turkey-brie-cranberry crepe is delicious and served perfectly prepared. The red pepper and gouda soup was richly flavorful. My compliments to the chef!

Come across this place while exploring Troy. I love tea, and was thrilled to find a cozy place to have a cup and read on a drizzly morning. I loved the tea flight option to try out 4 varieties. And the shop is deceptively large, with seating wrapping around behind the bar,and the selection of loose-leaf and tea accessories was impressive. I'm positive I'll stop in again!
