14 Cabins nestled along the bank of the Pemigewasset River in Lincoln, New Hampshire. Fireplaces and Screen porches overlooking the river with 1 & 2 bedrooms and some with kitchens and kitchenettes. We are open year round and are pet friendly.

Very relaxing listening to the river directly behind cabins. I visited during the winter and enjoyed it very much and plan on visiting again during warmer seasons. Cheap and staff a very friendly.

This is the best place to stay ever, I have been coming here for so amy years  I wouldn't want to be anyplace else..  The owners are amazing people and their cat will surely welcome you lol..  It is a must try you'll be surprised

Always love it here.. Home away from home, 
Family owned, very friendly and we are never bothered whether it's a weekend or a week stay... The cabins are cozy, comfortable and clean every time. Thanks for another relaxing  vacation!

Very charming, very clean, great location.  Good heat,  good hot water, functioning fireplace.  And hosts are friendly nice folks.  Pet friendly too.  I'll  be back.

Went for the first time and we will be back for sure. Cool lodge type decor, good atmosphere, and the food was really great.
