Safeway Stony Plain

I ordered a marble Darth Vader cake and 2 smash cakes. The smash cakes were cute perfect but the Vader cake was horrendous! The edges weren’t even edges just fat blobs of icing even the small red lines on the sides it’s like they put half a line and stopped trying! Also the levelling of the was off on one side and finally the white stars on top well those were dots. Oh and a few days before they phoned me and said “they won’t be doing marble” funny thing though I was never told that when I ordered. Anyways they tried a little I guess at least they called and told me lol

Just bought 4 chicken wings $5.13 ..are you kidding me? That is $1.28 per wing we are all aware of the gouging that is going on well this is one example total rip off. Also, I should mention that this was the weight of the container they put the four chicken wings in. The container was big enough for two dozen chicken wings.nUpdate: shop Canadian

Easily one of the nicer Safeway’s. The store is very clean and well stocked with a very helpful staff. Sometimes the wait is a bit much at the till because there can be a lack of staff depending on when you are shopping. You can collect and redeem Airmiles which is quite nice.
