They charged me for shipping my goods. When the goods were damaged they would not process the claim for several months and keep procrastinating. I agree they do adopt unethical means unfortunately. I would not hire them again. Not worth the pain to deal with such untrustworthy business.
Highly unethical company. Fails to deliver as promised. Will never process claims when they damage goods. Think twice before using such an unethical company. Save your time and money.
Push their drivers to drive and exceed 14 hours of hwy driving. Do not provide required 30min brakes every 5 hours. Take advantage of their employees. Condone improper work practices. Do not deliver excellence as advertised.
Pankratz has consistently gone above and beyond to get my deliveries done, even on short notice!! Customer service is impeccable. I definitely recommend Pankratz!
