It was very frustrating when they wouldnt accept the benefits card, dispite me going to other shoppers before.

Absolutely the worst post office ever. The employees are always rude and unhelpful, and packages are scanned "delivered to mailbox" by the carrier before they've even left the store EVERY. TIME. 0/10

Postal outlet in the store consistently has poor customer service. Belinda appears to be there for a pay cheque only and gives you the least amount of service she needs to. She can't be bothered to explain anything to customers and give them options, but knows the customer service phone number off the top of her head to provide - a phone number that makes you jump through 20 hoops to get through to anyone to make your complaint. Why Canada Post made the decision to change all parcel pick ups to that location is very unfortunate -- moving it from the downtown post office that provided exceptional customer service, to the Shopper's Drug Mart location is NOT in the best interests of the customers!!!!

Promised to have perscription ready by noon I arrived at 3 not ready, couldn't find order 6 people in line and 5 people working behind the desk took 37 min to get my prescription form back. Go accross the parking lot to Safway 20 min and I am on my way. They do not sem to value customers.
