This location sucks.  I spent 100 to ship a card and photos to Germany with a guarantee  delivery date and time. The day after my package was supposed to have arrived I checked the tracking number and package is somewhere in Kentucky not in Germany where it was supposed to be. So I called this UPS location which is where I sent off the package and the girl tells me she’s going to investigate and call me back - two hours later no call. I call back and I get the Asian man and he says he has a customer right in front of him so he’ll call me back  in five minutes - half hour later he still hasn’t called so I called again and nobody’s picking up the phone. I’ve called three times in the past hour and nobody’s answering my call and the location is still open. That’s just the tip of the iceberg – several months ago I brought in some expensive card stock to print out my business card. When I went to pick up my printing it was very obvious that instead of  doing the double sided business card at once they had done the top page and then re-inserted the paper to print the back. It was so off centre that I had to discard all of it and he still tried to charge me for it. I took my file key back and just laughed at him. The worst part is he had all the papers in an envelope and he was hoping I wouldn’t look inside before I paid. So Unprofessional and unhelpful. I do not recommend anybody using this location for printing or for shipping

I understand that they cannot give the package even if the person picking it up has the same address as you. What I don't understand is the very rude treatment of the Asian man over the phone and in person (to the person who tried to pick it up for me, to him apparently he was bitchy). He wasn't even willing to look up the InfoNotice No. that I have, I do not have the tracking no. with me (over the phone). He won't let me finish my sentences, he was talking like he was telling me off. People who are rude and not willing to help shouldn't be in customer service.

Amazing staff and great service. This is the only UPS location I use and they are very friendly and helpful.

Two out of the three times my parcel were redirected to this location they were sent back to the warehouse. I even called to ask them to hold it and have been told they noted it and will hold it only to get there the next day after I called to find they sent it back to the warehouse. Wasting my time going there then an increase in time wasted trying to locate where it went. Not sure why they insure it will be held there when they clearly don't. Disappointed both times in the customer service at this location. Frustrating....

Good service in here.  Fairly fast most of the time. Willing to do the work for figure out stuff for you when you have no idea what you're doing.
