S & Sons Moving Packing And Junk Removal

S and Sons helped me move this past week from my current condo to my new condo in downtown Toronto. This is the 3rd time I have used their services and I am compelled to share my experience with them for the first time online, namely because, well, they deserve it. S and Sons operates their business on a foundation of care and trust. They care about their clients, their belongings and are very clear on the process necessary to achieve as smooth a move as possible. As a repeat client of theirs the mutual trust we have developed is very special to me. I honestly would not consider any other movers. I'm at a point where I don't even ask for a quote before my move. They are always fair and honest in their business as well the owners Nadia and Stefan are just that way in every day life. If you're reading this and considering using their services you will not be disappointed. One word of advice I would give you is listen to them, they know their business well and every suggestion they make revolves around making the process easier for you. Happy moving!

Stefan and crew worked very hard and were very efficient. I would give them five stars for the care and work they did. We lost very little in the move. We had to put our belongings into storage, so in effect the move was double the work and cost. But even though Stefan came to our house and saw what we needed to move, he brought more men and said that there was much more than he expected. The move cost us four times what was quoted. I asked for an explanation for why it cost so much more, and received no answer. For this reason I give them two stars.

Never ever use this company unless you want to get ripped off and overpay by crazy amounts. Not to mention the work done for moving will be of absolutely abysmal quality and possibly damaging to your stuff(it definitely was damaging in my case). I lost 1100$ for a supposed 3 hour move in which was stretched to 6 hours despite having 3 men for the job. One of the men they sent, chose to supervise 2 other kids(yes they were kids and not men which obviously slowed down the job) and not do any actual moving himself (therefore even though i hired 3 guys, only 2 of them worked). The funny part is that despite all these 6 hours of work , they failed to put even one thing in its correct place and my bed which they put together, wasn't even done correctly and it actually broke down on my first seating. I ended up having to put the sofa and the bed together myself as they failed to do this within 6 hours, which is why i hired these goons in the first place. After the 6 hours, in which they simply just moved my things from one spot to another (both of my addresses are within 5 mins of each other), they actually wanted to rip me off more and stay for longer but at 150$ an hour of no proper work being done i just told them to go and did everything myself. I would have been better of hiring a 70$ daily truck and doing the job myself then pay these goons 1100$ and so i absolutely recommend NEVER EVER TO USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE TOO MUCH MONEY TO GIVE TO OTHER RANDOM PEOPLE FOR NOT WORKING. EDIT: the aggressive responses of these people should tell you what you need to know (they are not professionals but goons). i told them before hand i was not packed and i needed boxes which they did get. kudos for actually listening. Although, in no way did i have so much stuff that would need 3 men and 3 hours just to pack and move from the first location. ( that was accomplished by their *brilliant* service, a feat. to remember). However, even in their response they never addressed the issue of one of their people not working and simply *supervising* neither did they address the issue of their half ass job which damaged my stuff. The job took 6 hours because you wanted it to take 6 hours, because 1/3 of the people didn't even wanna work to stretch out the times and the other 2/3 were kids. They actually were intending to go slower, so they could fit more hours in, as they said 3 hours plus whatever it needs (so they can keep minting money). Also don't blame this on assembling the stuff, because firstly in all them 6 hours all you managed to assemble was 1 bed which you couldn't even do that right, and it damaged my stuff, secondly i re-assembled the bed faster alone than those 3 goons you sent. The reason you were never told any of this once u were told to leave from the job is because you are absolute goons and i would have rather loose my 1100$ dollars than to deal with you ever again in my life. As for educating myself about such a move, my move is by no means more than a 3 hours job if the people provided are actual professionals and are all working (you know how i know this- because i have actually moved before) somehow you forget that.

Thank you for your help to move our apartment. It was so fast and you did excellent job. It was an excellent case when the result exceeds expectations. The movers were put back for 15 minutes, but the transportation process was very fast and surprising. The young boy was slow. In contrast, Stefan was very professional. energetic, hardworker. Where does he get energy from? For business and our self we will use only these movers. Only, 3 hours is not enough time to move in/out 1 bedroom apartment.

S&son helped me to move my office. Although the move was not far, but it was later of the day. They move efficiently and carefully with all of our office content to our new place. Highly recommended.
