Extremely bad customer service, if I can only give it zero star. The guy was arguing with me over the parking space, instead of being understanding and accepting my apology. This happened today September 08. He is an old gentleman(not really a gentleman) with very short hair and glasses and extremely disrespectful. Avoid at all cost, and he believes people from Ontario are rude. This is how you treat your guest. It only speaks of his low character and manners.

Très bon service. Au lieu de tenter de me vendre des nouveaux accessoires ou aspirateur, Guy a pris le temps de voir s'il pouvait réparer le tout. J'ai trouvé tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour un prix raisonnable. C'est toujours agréable de pouvoir compter sur un spécialiste qui connaît ses produits et qui donne de bons conseils.
