CLM made my visit a very easy one. It was the first time i was going to have an MRI and their professionalism kindness and smiles got me through it very easy. The music chosen for my headphones to deafen the sound was very relaxing. Thank you to the wonderful staff for treating me like a person and not a number .
I was 'forgotten' in the waiting room. After my first scan, I was told to wait. 2 hours later, not ONE person came and confirmed my name. I sat in a gown all morning waiting for my ultrasound. IT wasn't until I asked if I had been forgotten, that someone asked my name. The Doctor had been told that I hadn't turned up, so she went to lunch! Luckily the doctor was kind enough to return from her lunch to deal with me. In the end I spent 3.5 hours, sitting in a gown, watching people come and go. When I asked the receptionist, she blamed me for not having an appointment ???. I was very dissatisfied with the service and care given. I certainly will not return, and I am telling all of my girlfriends to avoid this clinic. Whilst sitting there, another woman had a very similar experience. She was told after 45 mins "Why are you here, I told you, you could leave!" when in fact the doctor had told her to wait. This patient was treated quite rudely too. Bad service, unfriendly staff, uncaring and incompetent. :
I had my mammogram at the clinic , made my appointment by email , response was very quick with a very timely appointment. The staff very professional and polite . Would recommend this clinic highly !
The trouble started with parking. I came in 30 minutes in advance, I spent all of them looking for a spot. I then went inside and I’ve waited almost 30 minutes,despite having an appointment. The service was ok, the nurses were speaking about my file not entering in the system or something, so they just told each other- we’ll let others go first. I understand, everything can happen- but speaking in front of me, without actually addressing me directly was an unprofessional choice. Doctor Lafontaine happened to be in a very bad mood and it showed! She did her job, but was semi rude and grumbled at me regarding her bad equipment, as if I can do something about it. Regarding the results of her work- I never understood where exactly is located my cyst,she told me I’ll be fine and exited the room without looking, throwing her things in the sink. Hey, I get it, it’s not customer service and they don’t have to be all smiley and stuff. But being polite is the least they can do. They really don’t have to be that cold and unwelcoming. Did they do their job- yeah, not perfect but yeah. Will I ever go again- no! Will I recommend this place to someone- absolutely not.
It took the radiologist a good 5 minutes to find my vein. She wasn't even able to say sorry. Getting stuck with the needle repeatedly really hurt but not as much as the lack of decency from the doctor.
I had a great experience the two times I went to the clinic. Great service, exam results were sent quickly. Definitely recommend.
I am very pleased with this place. I got an appointment very quickly and the appointment was on time. The personelle was exceptional because I actually became unconscious and they were very professional and amazing and for tests that should have been under an hour - I monopolized more time than I should have. I can’t remember any faces or should I say half faces but I did see a team around me when I regained consciousness. Thanks for being so understanding and caring.
Excellent clinic! Got an appointment within two days!!! Radiologist was super nice and knowledgeable. Definitely going back & worth the 180 km drive!
Very satisfied with them I didn’t wait too long for a scan and all of the personnel was very nice.
Very satisfied .Professionnels at there best.I would highly recommend.
