The Union

Chef, Lisa Henderson has created a Southeast Asian inspired menu, while head bartender, Kristi-Leigh Akister uses the regions ingredients, sourced from neighbouring Chinatown, to create her cocktails.

Had the most phenomenal spicy peanut chicken noodle bowl. It was slap yo mama good. Gyoza were amazing. Can’t thank the team enough! Amazing job!
Great food, great service and great atmosphere... popped in after the flight from Sydney for something to eat and was totally exhausted. Met with some excellent service and a seat at the bar. Food was excellent with some great beers on tap! Then went through a couple of cocktails! Great first night in Vancouver thanks to this crew!
Definitely a local gem. Their food is full of flavour and their brunch is fab. Always have good service here and cool vibes.
Love their food tho they're not the cheapest. Cook with heart tats all I can say. Good place recommend

I love this place! In my opinion this is the BEST BRUNCH SPOT in the city. The food is always amazing when we dine in, but we've been ordering their take out during COVID and it's always so good! If you're craving asian fusion, definitely don't sleep on this place. Chill vibes and great cocktails.
