I came here as a drop in for a few days while visiting family in providence for the holidays. The gym is a great space with plenty of equipment for powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, strongman, and general fitness. The owner, Steve, and staff were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I came in with my own powerlifting programming to do and they were super helpful, opening the gym early for me and showing me around the different rooms with various equipment. Can't say enough good things about this place.
