Story

My Mission

I am fed up with the physical state this country is in, and I want to make it MY MISSION to help you, the public, achieve fitness, health, productivity and happiness by building motivation, self worth and self esteem in every individual that walks through my door. So, Rhode Island - are you with me? Together, we’ll share this mission.

My Goals

* To open and operate a personal training / small group training facility that caters to all ages and all levels of fitness.

* To help mass amounts of people to reach their health and fitness goals. I am currently able to personally train an approximate 30-35 people per week on a one to one basis. By opening a small studio type gym, I will be able to train as many as 75-100 people per day based on the small group format created by Fit Body Boot Camp. In addition, I will have several experienced trainers using my facility for their own clients for personal training, as well as small group training sessions.

* I’m doing this because I want to make my mark in RI and the fitness business. I want to answer my calling – and I want to help larger numbers of people.

Why Fit Body Boot Camp?
* This is a new and aggressively growing fitness franchise geared to group training which allows trainers to do what they are passionate about, helping people get fit and healthy - only on a much larger scale.

* Fit Body Boot Camp has been successfully operating on the West Coast since 2009 and has close to 200 locations worldwide. I am bringing the first one to Rhode Island. With the ownership and franchise format I will be able to help hundreds of people reach their fitness goals, by delivering a proven effective and efficient exercise program that includes strength and metabolic training. Helping the client to be more accountable will happen naturally by creating a community team environment that will not only make it effective but fun.

* The Fit Body Boot Camp “team” of owners all around the country – and in Canada – talk to each other – we share ideas about making our programs better. The company offers marketing support to their franchisees that is second to none.

Fitness Trends

* With the industry leaning more and more towards personal training, this format allows that professional input into your workout to happen, while netting results faster and with less chance of injury. This type of small group workout is fun, effective, and much less expensive on a per workout basis for the client, while still offering that important personalized attention. Working with a qualified instructor sitting on a bike or walking on a treadmill, is nowhere near as stimulating as being with a group of “comrads”, together, in a “boot camp” style setting.

Training More…But Not Losing the Personal Touch.

* A realistic workload for trainers is about 8 appointments a day, to be properly attentive to clients and not burn out. That’s about the maximum any one trainer can handle. Now – with my 5000 sq. ft. location located at 1284 North Main Street in Providence, I can reach out and help hundreds of people a day in that same 8 hour time frame. This is appealing to me. The workouts will be intense / efficient (30 minutes), safe and fun. All levels of fitness will be able to participate and you will be held accountable with follow up emails, and regular evaluations provided to you so you’ll never feel left alone while on our programs.

Fitness Profiles will remain as a 1 on 1 / small group / athletic performance part of my facility, operating cooperatively in this new space which is offering this new fast growing - results getting - community producing company - Fit Body Boot Camp.

I have been coming to PFBB for about 8 weeks. Already feel the difference in strength, the challenges of fitness development- I love that the work outs are always different and you get the work with everyone. It’s always positive, focused and goal driven. Worth every penny!

I've been a member at Fit Body Boot Camp since spring of 2021. The workouts are really good, varied, only 30 minutes, and it's great motivation. I've already lost 20 pounds. The coaches are great and I've met some great people where it's fun to see them several mornings a week to work out. This has turned out to be great decision for me and I'm happy that I'm a member and recommend it.
Honestly enjoyed the 30 minute boot camp workout…but found it to be very unprofessional with “up selling” during the cooldown of “every class”. Also I found the weekly cost, way to expensive. I would think they would have a variety of memberships to assist their valued clients budgets. Lisa K.
I love Providence Fit Body Boot Camp! The coaches are the best, always welcoming and always encouraging you to keep going. They design full-body workouts that are interesting and challenging. It's a nice community of people with similar goals of getting healthier and stronger. I highly recommend it!
I joined Fit Body Boot Camp after seeing an ad on Facebook for there six week challenge. This place is hands down the best! The couches are professional and keep you motivated throughout the workout. The atmosphere is inviting and the facility is clean and organized. I’m two weeks into the challenge and I’m already noticing a difference in my body and mind. If you’re looking for a quick 30 minute workout, this is the place to go!
If you want to achieve your weight loss goals or gain some muscle and improve your strength please look into PFBBC. The coaches and staff are amazing and will help you reach your goals. I've been a member since 2019 and I won't look back.
