The only place I fully trust for Waxing in Kelowna so far. People are very welcoming and friendly. They make you feel comfortable even when having a Brazilian!! I love it. To be honest I've tried a few other places "cheaper" but they did a horrible job. For the great service and jobs done I've had at The Ten Spot, price is totally fine. Their online booking service is absolutely great!! You could choose your preferred estetician and times are great! I would totally recommend this place. :)

Staff is always super friendly, the spa is very clean and we really enjoy being here. How good the service is really depends on who you get. Most of the time it has been 10/10, but there have been some duds.

I have been to this spa many times and it is always clean and the staff are always welcoming. The location is perfect for me as it is on my way home. I have had appointments with most of the girls and they are all great at what they do, I’ve been happy with the results after every visit. The thing I love the most is that you can book all of your appointments online through their website and pick a time slot that is best for you.

The Ten Spot is the perfect place for all your waxing needs! The girls are great! I felt relaxed and comfortable during my waxing with Brittney. And we had good conversation throughout. Prices were reasonable as well. Highly recommended. :)

Have been to West Kelowna Ten Spot several times, even my man enjoys going for his pedicures. Rebecca was great this past time, she is newer to the team and never had her before but she was great at her work and super friendly to chat with and not awkward when we just sit there.
Great experience again! Thanks ladies!
