Spa at Delta Grand Okanagan

I'm going to give this spa a 5/5 stars my partner and I went for a 4 hour spa service called "the two of us" for my birthday. It was great the massage was amazing, facial was great I fell asleep, we got pedicures, lunch included, and a couple of added drinks at a reasonable cost. My partner was equally as impressed with his experience he said he almost fell asleep at each station. The only hick-up was when we finished the massage because the massages are separate I got taken to the Sauna and he got taken to the lounge of the spa for our lunch (left at separate times so we missed each other). By the time I had enough of the sauna and went to look for him the he was finished eating and my food was cold. That was honestly the only hick-up, all of the girls were great, they made us feel relaxed and welcomed.

I need a ‘me’ day and this was beyond the best decision I made! Full day of saunas, amazing food, some wine, hot tubs and one of the most relaxing facials I have ever had. My skin feels deeply cleaned, beyond fresh and completely rejuvenated! Dionne was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do for my skin type. I would highly recommend to anyone who need a little TLC in their life!

My mom and I were there to celebrate a birthday; the treatments (massage, facial and pedicure) were all great. We were both made to feel special the whole time we were there - greeted warmly when we arrived a bit early and then as we left a few hours later (feeling very relaxed)... when I went to get the car, Jamie escorted my mom to the lobby. The facility was very comfortable, clean, quiet and restful. I highly recommend this spa.

Jackie gave a phenomenal facial, completed with a steam and extractions. She was very kind and professional, and I am in love with the Eminence products!

Small, non spa like environment. Receptionist was rude when we were running 1 min late, she hung up on us. Overall really poor experience compared to most hotel spas. Stay away if you can!
