The food was excellent. We were sat close to the door and unfortunately, with people coming in, we felt quite chilly. Their coconut Naan is amazing!! We had coconut rice, coconut Naan and mild butter chicken. As a starter we had the Gobi Manchurian Cauliflower 65. It had more heat than sweet, but did not disappoint. Apologize for half eaten food in my pics. I only remember to take a pic halfway through.
This place has the most delicious authentic best Indian food in Edmonton my favourite place and i recommend this place to every one my whole family and my friends my son and his friends love tandoor.. try them you won’t be dissatisfied and definitely will be back . I get take out 1-2 times a week from there I just crave there food the chole bhature butter chicken everything is amazing the Amritsar fish samosas lamb curry I think I have tried almost everything
The tandoori platter was really lips smacking …very good ,reasonable price and delicious..my husband always bought from tandoor millwood the best tandoori kabab yummy if you order to takeaway it takes 25 minutes.
Food is not as per Indian flavours, seemed like ready to eat package was opened and served. Garlic naan had no garlic flavor and Roti was very chewy.
These people are liars will tell you your order is getting packed but you will wait there 15 minutes why don’t just say it will take 15 minutes I don’t mind the wait but why are you lying. Edited I never said anything about the wait atleast be thruthful I ordered online about 7 and it did say will be ready 7.30 and i was there 7.35 so don’t tell me food is getting packed i rather value your honesty if you would have said it will take another 15 minutes i would have taken my little baby to the car and wait
I have been eating food from The Tandoor for more than a decade now. Considering the inflation I do get the hardships that come with it running a business but the other day when I order a couple of wraps I was stunned to see the amount of fries this restaurant has come down to is just pathetic. I have noticed the portions going down big time when the management changed but yesterday one of the wraps had literally 5 fries in it. I guess its time to explore new food options around the south side.
Ordered Tandoori platter on new year's eve , I was told it would take around 40 mints which i didn't mind assuming it was going to be delicious but felt very disappointed . The meat was dry and hard , I think it was cooked a day before and just reheated and served . Today you guys have lost a loyal customer.
We usually order at this restraunt .. Everytime we had good experience with fresh food but not this time both paneer lvabdaar and naan were not fresh it was hard to chew
I ordered samosa for a new years eve party. They were perfect. A big hit and were gone by the nights end. Thank you Tandoor
Placed an order and saw when I got home that all 3 items were wrong. They made me drive all the way back and bring back the wrong dishes, and wait while they made the correct ones. Overall, a complete waste of time and energy for food that tasted really bad. Seriously, there are far better places in this city - don't waste your time here.
