Pure vegetarian north Indian food and snack place. There is no sitting area, so you have to order and wait for your order to be ready. The process of placing an order and getting your order is a bit combersome. Owners should work on to make that process smoother. Customer service part can be better. But I absolutely Love the taste of food. Reminds me of Punjab. I will highly recommend it to anyone looking for snacks or parathas or poori chole etc  They also serve navratri thali during Navratris.

I moved to ON about two years ago and got a chance to visit YEG and I must say they’ve done wonders to the store. It’s really clean, and they have definitely improved the display of the mithais and other stuff as well. Their badam milk is really really yummy. It’s super chilled, and it’s got a really fresh taste to it. We have tried mithai from them as well & it was good. Good work guys, you’re doing great work!!

Some products are very delicious and tasty. Some products are average. Pricing is very reasonable for most of the products. Communication skills of the staff and staff quality requires improvement. It is reasonable to charge for packaging if quantity is small but in case of bulk quantity, please try to be more accommodating to customers.

One of the best sweet shop in Edmonton. I had a plan of party for new year. So I ordered sweets from here. And they have everything that i want. It was my first time that i ordered from them and I have a wonderful experience . I will definitely come again. The customer service is really goodRecommended dishesSunday Special

4.8. It has improved but it needs a sitting place when you put an order. It is very clean. Most sweets are very tasty but some are average. It is very good. I recommend everybody to try Ganesh Sweets.

Love this place. I go here often when I crave Indian foods. There seems to always be a long waiting time for food, people order a lot and the place is popular...but if the company can expand their deep fryers to balance the supply+demand side of things, might attract more business with a quicker turnaround.Food: 5/5

Very bad experience.  Even if you buy worth $50 they won't give u extra chutney for samosas . Not recommended for the kind of service offered. In today's time customer service is everything and they are  for this ... hopefully the owner looks into this more seriously.  They are spoiling the reputation of thsi place.

We had tried samosas from them which ended up not tasting good at all as their potatoes filling was old . Today again after many months I went in to try chart papri which was not bad but as we walk into store we don’t know where to line up to place order ? Staff don’t smile at all . They have like 3 different ends where they are serving but as a customer we won’t know which way to go so you can place an order. Just to figure this out I wasted at least 30 mins and finally placed order. Finally , I paid and placed my order and now was waiting for my order to get ready so I can pick up and leave . Guess what? Now from which end I’ve to pick my order I again didn’t knew ! Lol .again trying to ask which corner do I wait to pick my order? Also I tried there mixed sweets which had excess of sugar added in them  in all different sweets too too much sugar. Else clean place but taste Not good as I was expecting.

Very poor customer Service! I had a party at home so went there in the morning and asked if I could place order now and make the payment and pick up snacks in the afternoon so my time can be saved. I was told that I can come in the afternoon directly coz order would be ready in 10 minutes. I went later around 2:30, made payment and placed an order. I was told by the cashier to wait for 15 minutes. I told him that I am sitting in my car outside and will come after 15 minutes. I know their waiting time is really long so I came back inside after 20 minutes and went straight to snacks counter to pick up the order. The girl at snacks counter was very rude and had no professional ethics on  how to treat customers. She asked if I made the payment, I showed her my receipt and she told me no one told her that you are waiting outside so she gave my order to someone else. Wow! I had guests at my place and I ordered at other places too and because of Ganesh Sweets pathetic service, I had to wait for another 20 minutes standing there and I got late to pick up my other orders too. The girl was not only rude but very unapologetic for what she did. She didn’t even say sorry and if I was instructing her to cut bread pakoras into half, she didn’t pay any attention and turned her back to whatever I said. Such kind of employees bring bad name to the entire store. I had limited time yesterday and because of this associate’s mistake, all my schedule went wrong. If you order on phone, Ganesh sweets refuse to take orders saying sometimes people don’t come to pick the order so their food is wasted, ok, I understand but when the customer has made the full payment and waiting patiently in the car to pick up the order, is this how you treat? This is not funny! We live in such busy country where a single minute counts! I tried to reach the owner but the email bounced back. I am the last person to give any bad review but yesterday’s experience really infuriated me and I suggest the owner to give professional training to the staff.

I received Uncooked samosa and mix veg pkode  my order was above 100 dollars but I wasted my money and time, next day I ordered some badana that was too old as well as stinky. Never going back there. Nothing was fresh.
