Took some out of town relatives here as we've had take out from here before. All I can say is we weren't disappointed. Started with beers and drinks, our waitress was friendly and attentive, and a great sales person. I can say honestly, this is the first time I've ever ordered desert, at the same time as our entre! The restaurant greets you from several blocks away with a yummy fire smoke aroma, the outside is tidy and we'll maintained. The interior is homey and warm. We all ordered different dinners. My visitors made the apps as their dinner with my sister in-law ordering Quesidillas, and wings. My brother had pulled pork poutine. My wife had the pulled pork dinner with smoky mac and cheese, I had the chicken leg dinner with smoky baked beans and peaches highly recommended. My daughter had the chicken fingers and fries. This was the only disappointing offering as it was quite over cooked. The many sauces that came with our dinners were fun to try. Finally the promised desert. A grilled steimar dounut with icecream, Carmel sauce, and bacon! We shared this, but I can say I'd go there just for this dessert alone! Please make this item a full time offering. A++++ Overall, the food was really good with a nice smokey flavour, as expected, everything was tasty. The portions could be a bit bigger, but that's really minor. The over cooking of my daughter's chicken fingers was the only negative. The staff was all friendly and prompt and played along with our silliness. A highly recommended pub if you are hankering some smokey yumminess! A+++++++

This restaurant was amazing! In town for Baseball provincials. After a long day at the park, they stayed open late for about 17 of us. We all had drinks and food. The service was amazing, the food was delicious, we all absolutely loved it! If we are in back in town we will be sure to eat here again! Customer service is alive and well with this restaurant!

The Springwell now serves breakfast 8am - noon Saturday and Sundays and it was soooo good! We went big as it was the 1st time having the breakfast and ordered The Big Bad Wolf and Kitchen sink omelette. The Big Bad Wolf is something 2 people could easily share and has a great variety to showcase various menu items. Service was attentive and polite. Restaurant is clean and food was a fresh treat. Smashed taters with pulled pork stood out along with the french toast and The Three pig pancakes. Omelette was stuffed, portions match prices.

The food here is amazing. Can you believe that's a single order of fries? The pulled pork and cornbread taste exactly the same as how my mother used to make it for us years ago. I've never had that kind of home cooked quality at a restaurant before. The entire staff was super friendly. The waitress I had, Celeste, was awesome. She had the perfect level of attentiveness without being overbearing. If this is how great they are during COVID I can only imagine how awesome their full menu would be. This is hands down my new favorite restaurant.

What an absolutely fabulous place. I thought it would be impossible to enjoy genuine BBQ with my family since we have carnivores and vegans to please but this place came through in a big way. They even provide board games and cards for the kids to amuse themselves while we waited.

Great food, good prices, quant atmosphere and good service. We got the sample app and then split splitthe Peacemaker burger. The app was great!! The mac bites were good but the potato wraps were phenomenal!! Poutine was made with fresh cut fries. The burger was great and the bbq sauce they have at the table 40 creek was especially good! Would definitely go back.

Pulled Pork Dinner and Ceaser Salad to Go. Great service, dinner was absolutely delicious, lots of condiments to compliment my meal. Had Top Dog Amber waiting for my take out. Fantastic

I went here today, the food was okay. A lot of different meat options, all of which were cooked very well. Our waitress was alright, she was the only one working snd said she would bring me water with no ice then brought me water with ice. I probably won’t go back. The corn bread was actually very good, but aside from that the food wasn’t anything special.

This place is the real deal when it come to BBQ. The food is to die for. BBQ boards are the thing to get. Easily feeds two people. You gotta try this place, you won't regret it.

Was there September 2022 was fantastic. Its now Christmas 2022,phone doesn't ring, web says all days its closed, looks like went out of business,hope its just closed temporary, will check next time in town
