Staff went "above and beyond" to negotiate the best deal with my provider. They were patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Getting a new phone, a better plan and at the best price....and staff stayed til past closing time to get my phone up and running. Thank you. I will be a lifetime customer.

Great customer service! I came in to this location today to get a new SIM card for my phone. The employee who helped me, Beth, was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back!

Another garbage big box store. The customer service is completely useless and impolite. The staff is incompetent and uninformed. They will sell you anything but have no information about it, and will not accept returns without all the original packaging, whether or not you have the receipt. Whether or not the product is defective. Go elsewhere. Anywhere.
