Really good service. IT guys know what they are doing for the most part. Also a good place to get computer parts if you are trying to build your own computer i.e., GPUs, processors, motherboards, etc.. Selection of LED mice are fine but for mechanical keyboards you are better off just buying them online.
Charles was excellent, knowledgeable and helped me make the decision between upgrading my 3 yr old very slow laptop or get a new computer. He gave his opinion without using a sales pitch to get a sale. Long story short, Charles upgraded my computer hard drive to 1TB solid state drive and transferred all my files and programs very quickly. Dropped off computer on Fri afternoon and it was all done by Sat at lunchtime and it was working extremely fast. Highly recommend Cora to anyone who needs computer parts, repairs or new computer and accessories.
These guys truly are the best. They offer excellent service and educate their customers on products without sales pressure. Charles helped me figure out exactly what I needed to run a certain computer program, and I learned so much in my brief conversation with him. They also helped me troubleshoot cell phone parts a few weeks ago. I highly recommend this local business for ALL your electronic needs. 5 stars!
Fast, friendly service and a store with a variety of computer and printer parts /accessories.
So I have taken down my previous review that was factual and scathing on my forgotten laptop in the middle of three lockdowns. Since my review, I have been treated with the utmost service and respect. We are all human and I am grateful for the admittance of failure and I have accepted their apologies and my returned laptop that has been updated and working faster then ever. I was offered even further compensation that I did not require. The result is a learning lesson and a customer that will come back. Thanks for the delivery elearning will be much easier with a fully finctioning device:
Helpful knowledgeable staff. Great selection of printer ink. They have many parts on hand to get your computer back up and running... They also have Microsoft certified technicians if you have software issues. They have helped me out many times.
I just bought a acer LED Monitor and from Cora computers and they had a 15% off deal the minister was around 200$ but came too 180$ then plus tax it was 220$ I used the monitor and it was a slick smooth looking monitor screen and everything worked fine and dandy. They even helped me get a version of Lenix not pirated and gave it to me for free the service is awesome there and there super friendly would go there any day of the week : great service guys keep it up :
Been there for using internet. They are very kind and stayed open for two hours beyond their closing time because I did not have internet connection at home and had very important work to do. Great service!!
I originally went to Cora Computers looking to buy a good quality power supply for my computer at the time, when I asked the sales associate where I could find the power supplies he directed me to them, he suggested that I purchase a 500W topower unit. The price on the unit was 75$ and I purchased this unit, after getting home and installing the new unit I sadly found out that it had several problems, when I looked the unit up on the internet I found that it was actually priced at 19$ and had nothing but terrible reviews. I removed the unit immediately and purchased a high quality Antec power supply online it only costed 99$ and has amazing review from all parties that tested it. The bottom line is that if you intend to purchase anything from Cora computers make sure that the part has good reviews online and that they are not dramatically marking up the price. In my case the marked it up by over a factor of three. If I had not noticed it's weird behaviour right away it would have killed my computer components. This incident took place in 2013, things may have changed but I will personally never purchase any products from this location.
Great experience there today! They were very helpful! They were just about to close and still helped me with my printing needs! Life savers, thank you so so much! It was cheap too :
