We are new to the area and found this was one of our best purchase experiences.
Due to space limitations we required a 27" clothes dryer not the standard 29".
The sales person was very helpful and went on line to meet our requirements.
The dryer was ordered and was delivered the following week.
When it arrived the driver noticed that the width was 29" wide not the 27" we required. He immediately checked on line and discovered that the wrong width infomation was on the appliance company's website.
The delivery person (Dan) apologized and said he could modify our countertop in order for the dryer to fit and save us the cost and time of ordering us another dryer. He completed the modifcations and the dryer fit in the space like a glove.
Very rarely do you get service like this anymore.
We would highly recommend Groves Appliance Centre for your appliance needs.
We wll certainly make Groves our first choice for any future appliance needs.
