I go here to look at and buy Pokemon cards. There's a good selection and love that I see people playing card games with each other-- which brings a energetic and fun atmosphere to the place. That said, I can't apply what I said to every time I visit. There's one particular staff that I don't like dealing with, who I won't name. But they are very chit-chatty and over tends to the people they're talking to... they also have a rather aggressive and dark sense of humor, which I couldn't care for if they didn't use it with me. I could just be uptight about the whole thing, but it's the kind of humor you use with your close friends. So when they trash-talked my friend it was even more awkward. Now, another time I was waiting to ask a question while I looked at the cards, but they just kept going back and forth to the same few people for a good 10-15 minutes... 1 of the 'customers' seemed like they weren't even buying anything... they were just talking and making jokes. I ended up leaving, as it wasn't worth interjecting myself while they were having a continuous laughing fit with each other. OTHERWISE, love everyone else there and the items at the store.

Absolutely amazing service! The staff are all knowledgeable, friendly, and fantastic to deal with. I usually come in with odd requests to purchase rare cards/specific printings, but everyone that has ever helped me here never once refused to help me haha. I will come back time and time again anytime I have cards I am looking for. Huge shoutout to Pat, Kevin, and Adam! Thank you for fostering such a great and fun environment for MTG!

This Game board cafe has one of the lowest fees in the city. A very welcoming knowledgeable place to try their extensive game collection before buying! Our game took way longer than we thought and they had a private event afterwards, so they let us stay an extra 90 minutes to finish it!

My new go-to place for pokemon cards and booster boxes. They always have a lot of things in stock so you're sure to find what you're looking for. They also sell model kits, which are super fun on your free time. Perfect for hobbiests and card collectors alike!

Super friendly people, super patient with my 7 year old who wanted to look at each box and my 3 year old yelling at me while I tried to help my older son pick. Gave the boys some promos and a little coloring pack as well. My 7 year old says we should come back every time he gets money so he can get his pokemon cards here.

+Card/product selection +Clean +Decent space, though not usually much in the way of available tables - - Overall, a severe lack customer service  Been here a few times as it's close to my house. The staff have ignored me without any initial acknowledgement, despite clearly seeing me come in and stand in front of them. When I have finally been graced with their attention, they definitely haven't made any effort to make it a positive interaction.  The first visit I asked for a binder, and they just plopped it on the counter. Not a word was spoken.  "What do you need" after an awkward five minute wait, and "they'll ring you up over there" was the extent of their effort on the recent visit. I was keen to buy a bunch of singles, but didn't feel like inconveniencing them more than I already had.  Not sure if it's a lack of training, or being overly comfortable with treating people they aren't buddies with like garbage.  If you don't want to deal with customers, get out of customer service.  With all that said, the lady at the checkout was friendly, and they do have a good selection of cards.

The staff were friendly, however be aware that the stock shown online is not actually available in store.  I went to pick up something I saw online but they didn't have it.  The site also is in desperate need of a proper web developer.  Also I am not sure why it is called a cafe. There really are no cafe elements  a misnomer .

Lots of great products, pricing on MTG singles was lower than market price as well. So many singles. Will return!

Great place for yugioh and pokemon which are the two I'm into, I find the prices to be very fair here as well. The staff is attentive and always willing to help or answer any question you may have.

By far my favorite store regarding TCG's, staff is friendly, trade in values are great, the magic community is welcoming. clean place and nice atmosphere
