Tried their signature taco platter during my recent visit in Calgary, and it was surprisingly good. Ingredients were fresh and sauce was delicious. Would like to try the giant squid if had a chance.
The people who work in this truck are nice enough, but I found the Mango Fish Tacos to be average at best. The mango sauce should be prepared fresh instead of a pre-made mix that it is. Grilled fish would be way better than the fried battered fish that they use now. The Bulgogi tacos looked nothing like Korean Bulgogi meat. The vegetables in the tacos were crisp and flavourful though. They have potential, but need to bring more attention to detail. Especially if you are using creative ethnic twists on foods.
Please excuse my fat thumb but these mango fish tacos were amazing. A little hard to eat as tacos are but so good. The vegatables under the fish complemented it perfectly and the mango topping was outta this world.
I ate at this truck in Cochrane, super friendly staff and tasty tasty tacos. I had the signature taco special 1 tempura shrimp, 1 bulgogi beef, 1 mango fish, and I was too consumed by consuming them to snap a pic before my dish was clean. The bulgogi beef with kimchi! and mango fish were my favourites; I was happy to find that none of the tacos tasted dry. Would recommend and would definitely eat again.

Attended the Comedy Festival on Sunday, paid $27 dollars for Chocolate Banana’s as I never did receive my taco platter. Waited in line for 25 mins which was no big deal but did not get the opportunity to let the staff know as they seemed not too interested in fast pace customer service and were too ‘busy’. Perhaps the line would have gone longer if the lady at the front woke up a little bit.
We ordered from them yesterday in Nw Calgary. Fish was delicious but lacked seasoning Had mango fish tacos little lemon would have been awesome. Not a fan of the chicken however it is a fish truck so wasn't worried its a good option for kids. Salt is a must and you will love it!
Got the chicken nuggets + poutine at IngleWood Night fest. Barely edible and extremely over-priced. The food tastes extremely fake, unseasoned and low budget. Costco is 1000x better. Gross, want my money back.
DO NOT order the B.C. Smoked Salmon tacos unless you want a poorly-seasoned, pan-fried, mushy fish that is definitely not salmon or smoked like in the picture :
DO NOT RECOMMEND. EAT MCDONALDS INSTEAD. YOUR WELCOME. Saw this food truck with other food trucks in the area at an event. The menu looked good. So decided to order. What a mistake. Will check google reviews from now on before. Clamari was burnt and not even edible. the tacos were soggy and the poutine was dry and burnt. the food was def sub par. Threw away all 3 meals we ordered and made a home cooked meal which was 10 times better. now im thinking about starting my own food truck. honestly not sure how these people are in business. oh wait its probably the overpriced low quality food wish i took pics of the food so you could see just how terrible it was, but didn't want to waste anymore time with this "food" on the table. Im definately not a hater, but this food was absolutely horrible. i honestly dont remember the last time i had food this bad. save your money and go buy the 9 dollar lemonade instead. at least the lemonade was good.
