The Shawarma House

Surprisingly enjoyable! Killer garlic sauce and great tasting food. Drawback: smaller portions. The salad is just the Sharma toppings, not worth paying extra for.

NEVER EVER GO THERE...this morning I went to get a wrap and found a hair in it..this place not clean and disgusting food...MUST CLOSE DOWN THIS STORE..I don't know who proved for food safety certificate.

I used to rate this place highly for great food at a great price but honestly, it's disappointing to see how the quality of food has suffered extremely. Ordered a chicken shawarma wrap and side Thursday special and what I got was awful. The wrap had more dressing and sauce than actual toppings not to mention the wrap felt flimsy. As for the garlic potatoes, they were cold, drenched in garlic sauce AND uncooked! This was the last time I brought myself to eat here.

It was a great restaurant clean and tidy but I didn't like the student version of the menu. They provide small portions and your appetite doesn't get fulled even with a 7$ chicken shawarma plate. I cannot give more bucks with less quantity and even if I gave them a three star rating that is because of ther quality of food and less time for preparation of item. which makes a sense that they use little quantity for there preparation. :

Terrible place. Placed an order, showed up and the food wasn't ready. He says that he doesn't trust customers who place take out orders. It took 40 minutes to make 5 disgusting chicken shawarmas. I would not feed my enemies this poison. After informing him that I was writing this review while waiting in the bug infested place he threatened me saying he "knows who I am".

I'm a student at Sheridan, and this place is right next to the campus. When I tried the food 6 months ago, it was soo bad, but now that I went after soo long first thing I noticed was that a new owner took over and the staff was new as well. After trying there chicken shawarma plate, I can say that not only the food tasteed amazing, filled with juicy and tender chicken but the friendly staff also makes the atmosphere much better. Definitely give it a another go if you ate here before.

I waited half hour for the clerk to figure out the machine I offered to pay cash and she still refused to take the money as she was still trying to figure out the machine. The restaurant does not look professional as there are fridges everywhere and the meat on the rotisserie looked burnt to a crisp. Will DEFINITELY NOT be returning as the sizes of the plates look very small and the service is just awful

Worst place. Order a chicken shawarma and barley got chicken. Idk how to post the picture of it from my phone, but ill be glad to show it to anyone. The shawarma was just full of lettuce. I'd rather pau the same amount for Lazeez or osmows. At least hide the frozen fries which were just firm and mushy from your customers. The lady working was just on her phone the entire time too. P.s. they should have ketchup for you to take not have her put it on for you for the one bottle they have.

Ordered 2 chicken shawarma wraps, 2 chicken on the rocks. Got home and 1 shawarma had no chicken- kids were disappointed. Also, as I was leaving a customer that was departing accidentally bumped into the table..... after which they were rudely discussing that next time he should pay for it if he breaks it. First and last time..... every impression is a lasting one.

worst shawarma i have ever tasted. I could literally count the pieces of chicken in the platter. Shawarma tasted horrendous. The quantity of the food in comparison with the prices is a joke. I wish i could give less than one star NEVER EVER going to order from here again. Do not waste money ordering from here.
