Epic Pita

Just ordered Monday special Chicken with Rice and Chicken Shawarma. The chicken looks yummy but when we opened the container and tasted just the chicken, it felt like the chicken has been couple of days old, smells bad and is very much salty. Called restaurant to let them know about this, so nobody else have health issues after eating this food - but the response was " its fresh Chicken"! Would not recommend this place at all - mostly for health reasons!

My experience now: I’m updating this review on May 20, 2022.This restaurant has lost their priority, the food are so bad now , everything is full of salt and fish and meat are over smoked. If you’re not planning to waste your money or starve yourself, this is not the restaurant for you. I ordered food and all of it are fulled over salted and over smoked. I can’t even eat one spoon of it successfully. I call to inform them , they asked me to add a note to future order. What happened to now that I’m hungry and need my order! Not salted food! Or over smoke fish, meat and chicken! I feel so sad right now. First experience: Their food is very delicious and the restaurant is very clean. I ordered as well. It came on time and it was very delicious just like when I visited the restaurant. Thank you.

Amazing food, even better service! The people who work there are so friendly and very helpful with orders. Niyati was wonderful and always has our favourite order ready! Would definitely recommend ordering here. The chicken is tender, juicy, and cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend the chicken souvlaki plate or anything with their chicken and fries. The samosas are also a fantastic hot snack! Amazing food quality all around!

I absolutely love Epic Pita, my high school is right next to it and it was my favourite spot to grab a bite from. I'm now in college and still it's one of my favourite places to grab food from. Their chicken and vegetables are always fresh, the owner is super nice, and the employees are also really amazing, they are great at making good customer relationships. I've tried places like Lazeez and still they are no match to the quality of the food you get from Epic Pita. Highly recommend you check this place out! Order a chicken shawarma wrap and trust me you'll be back for more

The owner of this restaurant REALLY needs to start reading the reviews. Please if you care about your company start putting in an effort! The worker, male, who worked night shift today March 20, ALWAYS overcooks and burns the chicken. One time I asked for shish tawouk and he gave me chicken souvlaki. The meat is always over cooked and burnt, and he does not put the wrap in the grill long enough maybe he puts it in for like 5-10 secs?. Please train your employees better and start looking at the food reviews. The meat tastes super bland sometimes and half your menu is never available, like the smoothies.

It was amazing. Very good hospitality, friendly and timely service, excellent quality food. Halaal meat and certificate is diplayed. Clean place and they have a cool fish tank. Overall really great place to go for a sitdown meal or a quick bite.

Must visit this place to eat fresh chicken shawarma. Majestic restaurant to eat and spend time with loved ones as it is very tidy and clean. Interior is mind blowing !!!!!

I came from Saudi and I tried many shawarma places around Canada, everytime I was very disappointed. But when I visited this restaurant I had the best experience with the chicken as it was exactly the same as I used to have it back home. Very filling meal as well, would 100% recommend everyone to try it.

Rather than go to a franchise where the food tastes exactly the same, I try to go to a local single store to try to uncover some hidden gems. My second try in Brampton and have been unsuccessful so far. There is a sign outside that to rolls for $11 - that didn’t draw us. But when you do go inside you read as the top of the sign is hidden from outside that it valid for lunch on Tuesday I went on a Sunday. Ordered three and asked for all the toppings that were pointed. Then find that one section the toppings are 0.25 each. Paid almost $5 for toppings alone for which I thought were included. The wrap is nothing that one would say is wow. The falafel were pre-fried and re-fried for a few minutes were OK. But still miss the unique flavours of parsley, mint, garlic or cumin.
