Excellent place for kids to play, friendly staff. Great selection of toys and roll play areas/ kitchen, dress up area/ train table/ crafts. Very spacious with gym and out door playground for good weather. Very impressed with our first visit today.
I lived at The Salvation Army's Children’s Village from 1977-1980 and it was a welcome change from my home life. The staff were good and the other kids were amazing! It is an undeniable service required in a City and so beneficial to the clients! It’s a new beginnng a reassured hope - a chance to be a kid yet a chance to grow into s responsible adult!
I lived there when I was a boy back in 1975 to 1980 it was fun. I live in house #1 the old brick house, there where 5 houses now only 1 old house is still there,, there are new houses there, . the big building is gone and a new one is in it place and it looks great. I wish there where old pictures of the old houses and old big building, a lot of memory's there.
I was there 87 to 90 best place for kids.
All sort of gems found in this place !
Thank you very much for the christmas gifts you give to the children and all the beauties you create in the world of children's imagination.
