Featuring a Permanent Collection of over 4000 works of art, four galleries of diverse & changing exhibitions, vibrant programmes, Arthur’s on the 4th, gallery shop, library, and two art & education studios, the RMG is located in downtown Oshawa beside the main library and City Hall.
