Top Notch Staff and Services 

I happened upon this club by accident while calling around to some local fitness clubs and gyms. I'm shy, over 50, and know nothing about fitness or equipment. I have been treated so well since I joined! Every member and every employee have been kind, helpful, friendly, and inspirational. They spent time showing me the machines and exercises as well as a starting plan. If you need to hire a personal trainer, they've got that too. The facility is clean and has tons of equipment - free weights, machines, a lifting mat, rollers and treadmills and more. You'll never be bored!

Worst gym ever they charged me 70dollars for one month worst experience I had I only used there equipment 3 times
