This summer I worked with Sonya to deliver a 6-week boot camp program in my community. Sonya did an awesome job! She is very friendly and energetic which are ideal qualities for a boot camp instructor. I received positive feedback every week about how much participants enjoyed the class and the good soreness they felt a few days after the workout. Sonya was also great at modifying the movements to different ages and ability levels. I would definitely recommend Sonya if you’re looking to for a boot camp instructor who is energetic, reliable and works great with all ages!

Absolutely amazing!! Sonya is very modvational and really works towards your needs. The small class feel very inclusive and there is no judgement. The 45 minutes workout goes by so quickly but really works you out!! 100% would recommend (and I have)

I had personal training with Sonya and for the first time I actually enjoyed working out. I really enjoyed the variety and challenge she put into our sessions. An hour training session went by so fast. You can count on her for motivation, flexibility and her own unique approach to personal training.

Prior to having surgery this summer I attended boot camp classes with this energetic , knowledgable instructor! I met some great people of all ages and fitness levels! I am looking forward to getting g back to these classes in October as I know it's a great fitness environment for me! Sonya helps me get my best fitness class by helping me modify the workout to work with my body and the limitations I have! I love the small class size and feel comfortable and always welcome! Wtg Sonya for making this a great venue to get fit and feel good about yourself! Can't wait to get back! 👍💪🥊👋
