Just had some great pizza at the red ember at the forks. I got the classic and shared with my wife and son. It was amazing, the crust was perfect and the pink lemonade they make fresh in store was also very very delicious. Highly recommended
Best place to have delicious, soft, sumptuous pizzas without any hard or burnt crusts. They customize the choices as per the diners request, which is very important for people who have dietary preferences.
So incredible and it’s unique watching the pizzas being made. I need to try more flavours but always go for the Twist & Sprout.
I had an amazing Margherita pizza here. The crust was very flavourful and cooked to perfection. The basil tasted very fresh and the sauce was well balanced.
Ordered the Happy Pig and it was amazing! Loved the crust! One of the best pizzas I’ve had! It was incredible to watch the pizza being made. I just moved to the city and I’m sure I’ll be visiting to place again and again.
Pizza was yummy. Got the G. O. B. Pizza was fresh, made to order. Ingredients were a good ratio. The team working was awesome and worked well together. 2 guys making the pizza's, 1 guy in charge of the oven and a cute friendly girl on the cash. Would try again!
Hands down my go to place whenever I go to the Forks. They have the best tasting pizzas in the city and the ingredients are always fresh. My two favorites are happy pig and hot n honey.

Great spot for great pizza in The Forks. The food is amazing and prices are good. Service is always the kindest and very helpful. They offer many vegetarian options and always suggest a wine to try with the pizza you’re having. Would recommend their Crete-za pizza. Can’t wait to be back!
The Red Ember offers a very good pizza, made in a very reasonable amount of time, event when it is busy. Good dough, fresh ingredients and a reasonable selection of pies. Well worth stopping by.Food: 4/5
