Wish I didn't wait 7 months to come here! I'll definitely be back! Was looking for some place to pick up a pizza... didn't want the usual and remembered there was Fast Fired. Looked them up...closes at 1am..wow, was very impressed. Gave them a call to ask how if I could order online. The very helpful employee told me the different ways to order: over the phone, online or just walk in. I told him I hadn't been before but noticed it was always busy, he said it wasn't busy at that time and to just come in and he'd walk us through the menu and that the pizza takes 3 minutes in the oven. So off I went! Staff: the staff were so helpful. There were 3. We mainly interacted with the one who was speaking with us but another employee did help make our pizzas! Very kind, patient and are able to answer any question you may have. They really know what customer service is and go well beyond. If you don't come back just for the pizza, it is because you want to support a great business with excellent folks! Menu: Pizza, pizza and more pizza! They have 3 sizes of pizza, savory pizza and dessert pizza! They also have group pizza packages and date night packages...so you get your dough and toppings for one low prize...go home and have some fun making your own pizza! Toppings: Protein and veggies. If you ask...they even have HALAL chicken and HALAL pepperoni! On one of our pizzas, we had the halal meats...chicken for the win! Value: The value for your money is awesome! The pizza sizes are great...the medium size is too much for one person or at least for what we eat...but we got one each and had left overs for lunch the next day. Unlimited toppings or pick one of their recipes...all for the same great price! Taste of Food: Delish! I love the crust, thin with a little crisp! Personally, the sauce could have more flavour but when you add all the toppings...yum!! You can even add toppings/drizzle after the pizza is cooked! Parking: Free, ample parking outside of the store or within the shared parking lot. I'll be back. I truly enjoyed my pizza and my experience at this shop. One of the things that stands out is the sincere, kind nature of the staff that work there. Over the phone and in person, the experience was great. Professional and they really do care about customer service! Go give Fast Fired - Pembina a visit! Don't wait 7 months to try it like I did! Next on my list...dessert pizza!
The food was great, delicious and fantastic. I had the garlic herb wings and 12” pizza with white and spicy sauce plus toppings of my choice. It tasted amazing. But giving 4 stars for the service. The server didn’t even smiled once. I felt rudeness. I paid for extra ranch sauce but he forgot to put it in the bag. He was not wearing any hair net or cap. I think if they treat customers with a great smile and be more welcoming and generous then its a great place to satisfy your pizza cravings.
Yikes. First time trying and this pizza is so underwhelming! The toppings are scant and sad. The “roasted chicken” on the Pesto Bruschetta is SO SMALL they are the size of bacon bits. Each slice has maybe half a tablespoon IF THAT. The basil is disgusting and clearly ready for the bin basil shouldn’t be brown…. Each slice was floppy and mushy, no crispy crust here, very undercooked. No evidence this pizza is wood fired at all. Very disappointing. Won’t be returning.
Very good pizza, make your own! Is very busy, but also, because they hand press each crust, it takes up a lot of time. Whole wheat, holds up better. Traditional gets very soggy
I like the pizza but don't like the owner as he is very rude. He always gives dirty looks and he looks very scary. He is not approachable and makes you feel like as if he is giving you pizza for free. I use to go before and if he was working then I would walk out. Now I don't go anymore as he scares me. The whole environment is negative and gives off bad vibes. Some of the other workers were ok. I tried to get advisement special pizza three topping for medium three toppings. There is no mention on advisement that you need a coupon but he always hassels me and asking me for coupon so stopped going into the restaurant. I am so scared of him that I don't go in anymore
Worst experience. Ordered 4 chicken paninis and got the most dry burnt bread with barely any toppings. Spent over 50$ total. Extremely ridiculous.
I decided to stop in for the special baby yoda breadsticks while I was in the area. Food was delicious! Design was perfectly adorable. Customer service was really friendly. All in all a great pick-up experience.
Food was good. Got the Chick and pepper pizza. Restaurant was very dirty though. No tables wiped, every corner of the bathroom needed cleaning and staff were bored. Took them 10 minutes before they even started on our pizza and we were the only customers when we walked in. Would try Fast Fired again but probably a different location.
Decent pizza for a build your own pizza, place, but smells awful. Last few times I have been in there I feel sick from the smell. Smells like rotten ground beef..
Anyone that cooks a pizza at 700 degrees is ok in my book! The service was great and we got to watch our pizza got put together then baked! Highly recommend a visit to see this team!!
