Terrible. for 11.09 shrimp pasta you just get 3 pieces of shrimp LOL. save your money and go elsewhere. staff was good tho
They have really good food never been here before wanted to try it out but the lady that was servering me didn't look like she wanted to be there. I couldn't hear what she was saying. She forgot to give me stuff that the meal comes with. I have never been here before I didn't know what the meal came with. I told her that the meal I ordered came with milk she Basically toss the milk at me. I think my meal came with a garlic wedge and I didn't get that . The lady wasn't very friendly
The Asian girl was unfriendly, and made me wait before taking my order I'm the only customer at the time. She didn't seem like she wanted to do her job. The food was also severely undercooked to the point that it is inedible. Disappointing.Food: 1/5
Really nice food it fills you up and is worth every Penny. Would recommend their spaghetti and chicken
Little while ago went to get pizza for our daughter. We stood at the counter waiting to be greeted. There was only one employee working and she was in the middle of taking pizzas out of the oven. So we waited patiently, as to not bother her no one wants burnt pizza. Once she took the last one out, we thought " great she'll come ask for our order". Well were we ever wrong. Instead of coming to greet us, she started to make more pizzas!! Never lifted her head to even say hello, I'll be with you in a moment....No acknowledgement that a paying customer was waiting to be seen. We stood there for over 5 minutes before waking away and going to another restaurant that actually cared and valued us as a customer. This is not the first issue we've heard of from this location, northe first time something has happened. The head office does not care either as there has been no response to this issue. So this shows tremendously what they think of their "customers ".
Rude staff, service took forever, the fries tasted freezer burnt and were under cooked. Underwhelming experience 0/10 recommendFood: 1/5
Amazing food, great service, highly recommend
I would avoid eating here completely. Food is bland, chicken is rubbery and tastes disgusting, and they have such a sad excuse for garlic bread, which you would think would be good because it's Italian fast food. I've also had a past experience where a friend had found a fly in her salad .. do their cleanliness standards exist? I've witnessed the quality of the food from this restaurant diminish for years, and have been always giving it another chance. Now I won't ever eat here again.
Usually prefer my kids pick pasta or pizza from here over A&W. Ok value for mall food.
