Garbonzo's Pizza Pub

The Garbonzo’s at the University of Winnipeg has, not surprisingly, a super student-vibe. In my experience, the food is not as good as other Garbonzo locations in the city. Service is a bit off too, but that makes sense given the location of the restaurant. There are better places to eat in the area, but if you’re on campus and want to hang out with friends for a quick bite, I guess it’s a decent place to go.

Yummy food. Seafood penne is my new fav now. Food is great but the packaging when they deliver is not great. I hate how they put the food on top of that red checkered paper, the color is sticking on the food and it's not good at all.

Garbanzo's is like the Cheers TV show! Where everybody knows your name! Lol It's got some amazing daily deals, accompanied by some of the best good in the city... Especially Pizza! The atmosphere is always alive, and Garbanzo's is the only place I know where you can play games while you wait/eat... It's my Top 5 favorite restaurant in Canada!

The customer service alone made for a great experience. I watched the CFL game, had a cider, and ordered off the happy hour / deal of the day menu, and left quite happy!

Great place to meet friends and enjoy good pizza. Especially when the half price pizza events are on. Delicious Italian pictured below. Friendly staff too!

Really good portions, amazingly plump chicken wings and generous with the sauces. Root beer came in a can and isn't bottomless.

Went there multiple times and each time was amazing! The staff are very friendly and the food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. The drinks were tasty and every night there was a special. There’s lots of fun events that happen at the pub like trivia night and comedy night. I definitely would recommend!

I LOVE this place! They are always doing fun games like trivia and games tournaments. I've won beer glasses a t-shirt and a gift card just by participating in some. They also have really good pizza. And the staff are really nice, Plus they are all different sizes,like real people - which is so refreshing after frequenting places like Earl's and Boston Pizza where the staff all look the same and are over sexualized. As a student I feel really comfortable in this environment
