Went there yesterday for lunch with an old hockey buddy I hadn't seen for 20 years. The service was great and we ordered wings. I've tried wings at most restaurants in Fort Erie and surrounding area and these were by far the best without traveling across the border. Very bid and flavorful! Will certainly be returning soon...
Fish and chips were spot on, but while the classic poutine was good, there was way too much gravy at the bottom of the bowl. Maybe serve it in a more shallow dish to spread it eventually. It did taste good though, so no complaints there. Lovely staff and just an all 'round nice place to grab lunch :Food: 5/5
Might be a cool place to hang out with your buddies and have a beer, but not to eat. So greasy, poor quality undercooked. 4 meals we had and none enjoyed. The cleanliness is questionable, ketchup bottles were so disgusting, had to go to the washroom to wash hands after touching them before we ate…zero soap. I can’t get behind a food establishment that doesn’t have soap in the washrooms. Barf…how is the staff washing their hands?
Not happy with the original kraft BBQ to start and the 5 lbs of wings that I've had to take back twice under cooked didn't remake them they just put back in with the sauce so they went black and they were given back to me what a waist of 70$ I still had to go home and do some thing with them to make them edible horrible... they need to invest in some REAL COOKS NOT bunch of kids with the owners cooking total let down 70$ and still can't eat thanks guys great service I'd advise on skipping that disaster waist of money there last time I drop a dime there
Came for lunch on a Saturday. Music isnt too loud, service is absolutely fantastic. Ordered fish and chips as well as poutine. Excellent value and portion sizes! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, spacious dining room Parking: Lots of parking

Had a great time at the Plaice. They had a live band Red Light District, and they were amazing. Played tons of sing along tunes. Service was excellent. Even though it busy they checked on us multiple times. Food was tasty but the mozzarella sticks were undercooked so the cheese was a little stiff but tasty non the less, sweet potato fries were perfect, and the burger was tasty but overcooked a bit. If the food was perfectly done it would have been 5 stars because the taste was excellent.
Wings are the best thing about this joint.probably top 3 for wing size maybe top5 for flavor and fairly consistent.Bartenders can be slow and chatty....
Was nice to see Lionel the owner after many years. Was running around constantly and making sure everything was set up. Food was excellent as well.Food: 5/5
They do amazing classic buffalo wings here, and actually have proper blue cheese to dip. A damn rare thing in Canada this is. The staff is fantastic, and very attentive. I went back twice in the same day because the wings are that good. The crowd here is very friendly, and to me it looks like a proper neighbourhood gathering point. Perfect place to watch some sports and have a cold drink.
