These guys run a great local sub shop. Mark, Noel, and the gang always greet you with a smile. They have a great selection of soups and sandwiches. The bread is fresh. Most often, I get the Reuben, which I thoroughly enjoy. Prices are very reasonable and they are never cheap with the toppings. I will keep coming back!
Very good steak subs. Little light on the meat on the salami sub. Good variety of toppingsFood: 4/5
First off I want to start with they were not busy, no orders were being made and no one came in after me. I ordered 3 subs. One was for my 4 & 3 year old to share. I asked for the meat on the side of one half they said “we don’t do half’s here” ok… well if I had gone to any other establishment they would have no problem doing that for me. I’m able to say “no tomato” “no onion” “no cheese” etc which would not be an issue. Like I mentioned it wasn’t busy so not like my special request could be over looked and I’d be disappointed either. Then I ordered my final sub and changed my sauce on it they said that was fine the lady at the counter told the guy change the last to Chipotle instead. Guess what? I did not get chipotle on my sub which I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised. The taste was no complaints on the two but my husband wasn’t a fan of his BLT either. He’s surprised I gave this place even 2 stars but my kids did eat their subs so I’ll take it.
Amazing customer service, food and it’s definitely worth the price! Got some subs last week Can’t wait to try out some of the other menu options soon. Steak sub was amazing and on par! My kids normally picky and don’t even like subs said was the best sandwich that they ever had tasted. Very generous on the toppings but I must take away one star for the cheese. Big fan and lover of and I feel a little extra would be a major improvement, don’t let that hinder though. This is the best sub place in town!
Fantastic subs. Always fresh and delicious. Service is great as well. My husband absolutely loves the Beef on Weck here, he won't stop talking about it. The quotes and messages on the bags always make our day. Thank you!
I usually enjoy their subs. I think the gentleman was having a bad day because he wasn’t listening to my order and shut down my original order. I always split a sub with my son, one side toppings one without. So he asked me to pay for 2 subs instead of splitting the one. My order wasn’t heard due to not toasting and adding onions on my sub which wasn’t my order, but he did toast my sons. It’s the same sub minus the toppings so I didn’t see the issue of splitting one. I just wish he would have been more kind and attentive to my order so that this didn’t have to happen.
After a long day of working in my back yard, I decided to treat myself to a quick take-out dinner. I hit the Sub Culture after googling fresh subs in fort erie. I decided to give them a try since I've never been there before. I ordered a 12 inch Reuben sub and a medium chicken veggie soup. The soup and sandwich were amazingly delicious. The bread, meat and toppings were very fresh, and the soup was obviously homemade as it sat very well after my dinner was completed. All the ingredients used were top quality. I would go back for the soup alone, it was that good. Sub Culture is definitely at the top of my list for soup and subs. Bye bye, Subway!
If you haven't been to Sub Culture yet, it is definitely an experience you need to have, not only do they have the most delicious subs ever and put the cutest messages on the containers that absolutely make my day to read, but the environment they have in there is absolutely amazing, loving, welcoming and just out right happy ! And don't even get my started about the owners Marc and Noel, they are the two if the kindest souls you will ever meet, down right awesome !! They deff added something absolutely special to our Town of Fort Erie! Thank you for all the love you spread!
Edited review: Ever since September 2019 this place has been under new management and it alone brings the rating to 5 stars. The food is still as fresh as ever but now I don't feel like I'm bothering the owner when I order something. They are passionate and even leave messages on your orders akin to a fortune cookie. And they are consistent with the hours unlike before. _________________ Old Review: Their buns, meat and vegetables are all fresh and cut well. The guy running the place works really quickly! Their large taco is also really nice. I wish they'd post their hours somewhere on the door. It feels like some days they are randomly closed. I'm trying to eat local but they aren't making it easy!
What a wonderful surprise. Small locally owned. Place is very clean, staff are very friendly, welcoming and fast. Meatball sub is da' bomb. I don't know whose grandmother makes the meatballs and sauce but give her a hug for me! I'll be back.
