Zero stars needs to be an option!! Went into what was our favourite fast food restaurant this past Saturday at lunchtime. Ordered a bacon cheddar potato and as my wife was 3/4 of the way through, she noticed legs protruding from the side of the skin. After a closer look and confirmation by myself and another customer, there it was, a large Cockroach baked right into the skin!! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable by any stretch of the imagination! Needless to say we’ll never be back! Check your food closely if you’re eating there in the near future, Cockroaches dont live alone! Where there is one, there are many more.
The place was empty, but seemed clean. Food was put together quite sloppily - given that we were the only customers, they could have put a bit more effort into assembly.
Quick service and pleasant staff. The food quality is good. The only thing that I have found on several visits now, is that tables could do with being a bit cleaner overall.
Nothing was marked, made it ridiculous to figure what from what, especially since everything was squashed and NONE of them resembled the pics.... won't EVER order/eat from here again!!
First time breakfast . It's good but not a big fan of the fries
Food is aways the same , would be nice if it was better for what you pay . A few time iv went there and come home missing something from our order
Ordered a bacon deluxe combo they gave me my drink first without a straw then they were waiting on french fries when I did get my order the bag had no straw in it and there was no napkins very poor service
Stopped going here for quite awhile due to constantly cold food. Thought I'd try 1 more time after months hoping things had changed but no, burger was cold, unmelted cheese.
Staff is always fast and friendly. The one drive thru guy always makes me smile because he is infectiously happy. I have never had my order wrong. Not once.
I went through the drive through like usual on my electric scooter which I've never gotten warned about or told not to go through the drive through previously and today it had the slowest service I've had from there my entire life going there and a blonde young employee started yelling at me in the drive through infront of all of the employees making a seen saying that I can never do it again and that they aren't liable for if I get hit which makes sense if she said it nicely, but do you really have to yell at a lifelong customer for doing something I unknowingly did wrong?
