The Paint Shop

Excellent customer service. I had a lot of paint to purchase, so Rodney said that It would take a little while to mix all the paint and if I had other things to do, I could go and he would call me when it was ready. True to his word, he called and I returned to the store. All the paint cans were neatly labelled with the rooms indicated on each can (this was written on the list that I left for him). He then kindly offered to deliver it to my car. I always find the staff friendly and helpful at the Paint Shop in Mount Pearl.

I have been to this store several times and each time I go I think it has to be better than the last visit.......Nope, I was wrong. The service is absolutely terrible. No one asks can they help you, they continue on like no one is there. The worst customer service I have ever seen. I wouldn't give them one star only you have no choice other than to pick one.

Carries benmijam Moore paint which has lots of selections, staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Been getting my paint here since 2013.

Recently had vinyl floor installed in my home by this location. Very fast and efficient. They had the best quoted price when checked around. They also accept air miles

Asked to have a colour matched which the employee did but then said, "I think it's pretty close". And the paint cost $60/gallon. Then went to Colour your World on Torbay Road where she would not stop trying until she matched it perfectly and even helped bring the paints to my car!
