Always someone available to help even when they're busy. Very professional service. I've also ordered online and not only is my order correct but FAST DELIVERY!!! I got it within 3 business days! UPDATE: I have since moved away but I love Avalon Vapor service, products and flavor choice that much I refuse to go anywhere else! Always get my order correct and fast... usually within 3 days! These guys are awesome to deal with.

Absolutely rotten service. They are the most unkind people I have ever encountered within the service industry. Especially the management. Don't waste your money or time with this business as there are many great alternatives like rock vapor or online

Always the best service, friendly/ knowledgeable staff. I came in once with my device that wouldn't work because I dropped it HARD on the ground so the tank was loose. Brought it in and they fixed it up for me right away, no charge. I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new tank. Needless to say it's the only place I go when I want/need a new vape kit and for all my juice and whatever else I need!!

It’s $83 dollars taxes in for the vape I wanted apparently with a deal for the vape and juice but I just wanted to buy a new vape, which the vape it’s self is only $53 and a bottle of juice at hollow hogging is $20 taxes in, making it less than Avalon’s “so called” deal, which is a rip off, only went there because they had the colour I wanted but idk if it was worth the extra $30 spent. Staff is great but pricing should be regulated.
