Atlantic Fireplaces Ltd

Worst $3800 we have ever spent. Nothing but problems with fireplace. Dirty pilot lights, gas valves started in the first year. Service calls $200 each. Looking at third one in 4 years. Fireplace barely used due to problems with lighting. Used only 100 litres of propane last year, which is the most we have used in the past 4 years.

the young lady there spent over an hour helping me making a final decision on my fireplace. patient, courteous, knowledgeable. other fellow there at the time was great help as well. i have a napoleon right now and its nice but where it has a fan, it doesnt push enough heat during power outages. fan noise drives me insane. they have ones that heat much further w/o fans and so many features. beautiful units. excited to get one in my house

I have to say that they have a very nice showroom with good products but the service I received was embarrassing...I felt the middle aged woman whom was the only other person than myself as far as I could tell was almost rude. It was as if she didn't think I was serious or that I was a REAL CUSTOMER....condescending would be the word used to describe her personality on this day. Anyway, I received good service at Venture and excellent service at Emberley which is where I will return for business. I will never be back in Atlantic Fireplaces based on the lacklustre customer service.
