Staff were super friendly! Great store with with staff who know what they are talking about. One staff member in particular took the time to demonstrate a new technique for tying my runners as well even though I was there to buy new hiking shoes.

I came in today to purchase a pair of Blundstone boots. I was served by Emily who had amazing knowledge of the boots, great customer service skills and answered all my questions! The store was also amazing - I could've spent hours there! I'm already loving the boots and it's not even been a full day! Thanks so much to all the team! Ella :

*online order* Outfitters adventure NF gave me the best online support I have ever had. Don was very helpful and understanding of our needs for cross country skis. I really feel that the priority here is customer satisfaction. No matter our knowledge of the sport, Don kindly answered our questions. They had a great selection of xc skis, even considering it's mid season. They also have a good website. I wish the physical store was here in Saskatoon! Thank you.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, went above and beyond expectations to help us get the gear we needed before our backpacking trip. Helped on multiple occasions by different staff Don, Chris, Natalie, Zack Hope I got all the names right!. Go-to place to get anything for the outdoor experience. High quality stuff!

If you’re pressed for time, as I was, trying to beat the Monday 6 o’clock closing time, parking was a bit of a challenge - and can be, especially this time of the year - but it’s always worth the trip. And being of a certain age, the experience reminded me of the days when Water Street was The Retail Hub of St John’s and could be again? The Outfitters- Large, Well stocked store, wonderful salespeople. I even scored a deal on a Thule ski bag! If you can, build in time to Park and Stroll!

I’ve never felt so disrespected when shopping before. I stopped in on my lunch break in work clothes to pickup a birthday gift and when asked if I needed help I replied yes and showed a picture of the pants I was looking on the website. The male employee went to the computer to look them up and mid search a customer came over with a item to purchase the employee asked me to step aside to help them instead. My business clearly wasn’t good enough, after 5 minutes of there pointless chitchat I left and took my business to another very very welcoming business on the west end of water street.

Been going there since it opened. Last two trips, terrible. Not only can you not find out which storevia online has the product you are interested in, you call and then go there and they cannot find it. Twice I have had to call, go there, and the product is not to be found. Terrible service and if I get laughed at, or eye rolled again, well you get the picture. Seems the staff are more interested in themselves than the patrons. I see a reply and well, the main issue is not that the products are not there, well yes that is one issue, The Other issue is the level of customer service by many of your staff. They seem to be more interested in `being on site`, and often act as if the customers know nothing of, well the outdoors! I suggest a meeting with your staff to get them to understand that the customer is there for a reason, not for their patronizing comments and sneers.

I like this place, it has 3 levels which is cool. I would love to see more knives come up for sale here, seen some nice Spyderco's but wouldnt mind seeing some Kershaw, CRKT. Mabe even some military style outdoor orientated items would be nice! Olive drab never gets old.

The customer service at the outfitters is incredible. I cannot recommend these folks enough! I had a technical problem with my online order and they contacted me right away, and helped me from across the country. I truly can't thank them enough for making the process so easy.
