Rented an out dated mtn bike for a simple gravel ride, left crank arm came loose 3mi into the ride. Called shop to have someone to come and meet me back at a park with an allen wrench so I could continue the ride, but no one was able...brought the bike back..they did give me a full refund...

The employees put a bad image on themselves and the store. They have no sympathy they tried charging me $15 to tighten bolt (whitch only takes 30seconds not even) just not a good store in general and custermer service just sucks

Stopped in to look around and met the owner how does ' this guy stay in business? It was a simple question about Fat Tire bikes and turned into a total slam. He informed me you could not ride those bikes around here there heavy awkward and cost to much. Well we do ride them and we do hills and they handle like a dream I think you might need to open you ears and listen to your customers needs try being proactive and learn some salesmanship. I bought a bike and some accesories from this store yesterday! I had the best customer service! The owner was very helpful and friendly, and spent a ton of time helping me get the bike into my small little car! The girl at the counter was extremely nice and of course the dog was an extra bonus!! I love the bike and could not be happier.

The costs are kind of high for parts and repairs are pretty expensive and very slow (2-3+ days). Not ideal service. However there is a large selection of bikes, that they are reluctant to let you try out. Their dog is very friendly.
