Bishops Carpet One Floor & Home

Recently had carpet installed, very professional and zero issues with the whole process. Justin and the owner, Dave, were very helpful. You can tell immediately if you walk around their store that their products and expertise are far superior to the big box stores. Even though I only dealt with carpet, their hard surface flooring options seemed extremely thorough as well, and their showroom is full of many different types of product. Definitely give Bishop's a look if you need some new flooring!

Bishops failed to measure properly --and did not order enough baseboard. Two weeks post carpet installation, we are still waiting for someone to come and finish the job (which would only take about 20 minutes). I believe in shopping local, rather than at the big box stores, and the carpet looks OK, but this seems kind of ridiculous.
